Access Investor Account

To access the investor account, just simply click the investor account number.

Investor Accounts Details

The investor account number, name, and registered address are the primary identifiers of an investor account and are classified as sensitive information.

Where tax details have been provided, the investor account header will display the investor's tax declaration status as Quoted; otherwise it will be shown as Unquoted.

Clicking on the email address will navigate directly to the email composition page, allowing you to send a message to that specific investor.

The account overview provides a snapshot of total securities and cash balances, including a breakdown of diluted and undiluted securities totals and their respective percentages across the organisation. The display of dilution and un-dilution statistics is dependent on the security class type — where dilution and un-dilution are not applicable, these statistics will not be shown.

User is able to expand to view full details of the investor accounts by clicking “See full investor account details”

Beyond static account information, Cuspy provides a comprehensive view of the investor account, including all assets and holdings associated with the investor.

Portfolio — A complete list of all portfolios held by the investor account, displaying total securities and reinvestment results.

Security Ledger — A full history of all security transactions associated with the investor account from inception to present.

Cash Ledger — A complete record of all cash transactions and monetary unitisation from inception to present.

Documents — All statements and documents generated by the organisation that are associated with the investor account.

Claim Status — A list of all Cuspy users who have claimed this investor account.
