Access Document Secure Link via Email
Documents such as Holding Statements are sent out via email to investors that set email as their communication preference. Open your email in your inbox and then click on the 'Download document' button.

Verify Document Access
If your registered address is within Australia, enter your postcode.

If your registered address is not in Australia, select 'Outside Australia' and then select the country.

View and Download Document
Once you click 'Submit' and the details match, you will be able to access and download your document.

Verification Failed
If you get a message saying 'Verification failed', there might be a different address stored on your account.

The postcode or country selected must correspond to the registered address associated with your investor account.
You can try entering a different postcode and clicking 'Submit' again.
Secure Link Invalid or Expired

This error can appear in the following situations:
Invalid or deleted link – The secure link may be incorrect, or it has been permanently removed by an administrator.
Document unavailable – The document may no longer exist, as it could have been deleted by an administrator.
Expired link – Secure links are valid for 60 days by default. Once expired, the document can no longer be accessed via this link

Sign out when finished – If you no longer need access, click the Sign Out button at the top of the page.
Go paperless where possible – We encourage using digital statements and documents. If you do print, ensure physical copies are stored securely. Choosing digital not only protects your information but also helps reduce paper waste and supports a more sustainable environment.
