Documents such as Holding Statements are sent out via email to investors that set email as their communication preference. Open your email in your inbox and then click on the 'Download document' button.
If your registered address is within Australia, enter your postcode.
If your registered address is not in Australia, select 'Outside Australia' and then select the country.
Once you click 'Submit' and the details match, you will be able to access and download your document.
If you get a message saying 'Verification failed', there might be a different address stored on your account. You can try entering a different postcode and clicking 'Submit' again or you can contact us.
